Slovenian Association for Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations
ZDKDS is a non-profit making professional association with 13 human resource management societies as its members. In total, the societies consist of over 1000 individual members, professional managers and experts from enterprises, institutions and other establishments involved in human resources and the development of human resource management.
Slovenian managers and experts in the area of management of human resources and industrial relations (HRM-IR) have been actively involved and organised within the societies and professional associations since 1971.
As a professional organisation, the Association's activities contribute to the development of human resources and to establishing human resource capacities within organisations.
The Association organises at least three annual events – Študijski dnevi (Study Conference), Dobri zgledi (Good Examples) and the International Expert Meeting of Austrian, Italian and Slovenian Professional Managers. These meetings have been organised ever since 1992. In addition, the Association cooperates on a regular basis with human
ZDKDS is the member of EAPM since 1999.
